We could enjoy the autumn sun outside in front of the cafe and were pampered by the very nice staff. Keep it up!

Ate pizza for dinner; not stayed. Pizza was good; Price / performance ok. Service friendly, even if not super fast (during peak hours on Friday evening).

Were here for dinner tonight, it was really delicious and a decent price / performance ratio. Friendly staff and nice ambience.

Cozy atmosphere, pizza is not bad

Clean and tidy, not a long way to town, attractions nearby, restaurant right in the house, friendly staff, there is a wonderful "home-from-home atmosphere", well acceptable prices and an exceptional view

We had a good time here. The rooms are clean and the building is really great. Unfortunately we had to bring drinks to our room in the evening, that would be in need of improvement. Generally I would stay there again anytime!

Looks tasty, but I missed the taste explosion ... Portions were too small for me personally and too much green on the edge of the plates .... Friendly staff available. For pizza lovers: the dough is very good, lack: topping too little creative, too simple ... Hot peppers just not spicy !!

A very charming and quiet place to stay. The location in the middle of the old town is unbeatable! Breakfast is excellent!

Unfortunately, the pizza doesn't taste like anything. It is also too small for the price asked for. The pizza base is tasteless.

Very satisfied, great location in the old town, fine little rooms with half-timbering, good old furniture everything as you imagine an old town hotel, very clean. Good kitchen. With elevator and courtyard for bicycles.

I cannot recommend it. Your pizza wasn't particularly tasty. For that I do not break in at the Italian.

Nice old historical restaurant. Not kitsch like many other Italians. The pizza was ok, the mussels in white wine stock were very flavorful but much too small. I have not seen such poor quality in a long time. They were not old or harvested much too early. Someone was not paying attention when shopping or fell for a special offer.

I’m very happy with my house spaghetti, but my companions said their pizza dough was clearly frozen before.

Too bad it should be a nice pre-Christmas evening with the family. After we expressed our incomprehension about this after almost 2 hours of waiting at 10 p.m., after an excuse, which was unbelievable in the tone of an employee, we were asked brusquely and loudly to decide whether we would like the food (normal pizzas from the menu) still want to have, otherwise they would "take the food out of the oven and throw it in the trash". Too bad a little more friendliness could have saved the situation. The interest in satisfied guests does not seem to be there for all employees of the house.

Excellent! I have rarely been so happy with a restaurant as this time! Very clean and super nice ambience. I was there with my wife and despite the fact that the whole place was filled we were served very quickly and had our food very fast. The homemade pasta was excellent! We will be back.

What should i say? It was good!

I visited this inn today. It is actually a rustic inn. The restaurant is a bit overcrowded for my taste with wine bottles and green plants in front of the windows. Otherwise it looks quite rustic and cozy. The menu offered me "Ravioli - Hostaria del Castello" in cream sauce. I've never eaten ravioli in a light sauce. The dish was ok! The portion of ravioli was rather "manageable" but the taste was good. I would have liked a few more pizza rolls (also as a starter) with this dish.

You can sit very nicely on the small terrace in front of the restaurant. Service was quick and nice. I rate the food with 3 stars. It tasted good, but was nothing special.

One of the lasting, culinary highlights in Marburg. If one is looking for a proper Italian food location, then this is the one to visit in the heart of the old city center. On weekends reservations are useful.
